Complaints Procedure
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Addednow Remodeling deserve fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what we do with it. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Addednow Remodeling
- How we handled your personal information
- Website information you find unclear or incorrect
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses, each responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. For a problem with a remodeling project, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of the conversation.
Tell us as well. Provider feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Addednow Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Complain
Email contact@addednow.com with:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do
What We Do Next
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days, and look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will let you know what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Not Satisfied
Reply and ask us to review the matter again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, your state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
