A Referral Service for Remodeling
Addednow Remodeling connects homeowners in the Raleigh area with independent remodeling providers. Most of the projects we hear about involve bathroom space: houses with too few bathrooms, bathrooms that are too small, or old tubs that eat up floor. Kitchen remodels and expansions are part of it too.
We do not do remodeling work. We pass your request to a provider who serves your area. That provider visits, quotes, signs the contract with you and does the job.
The Problem We Try to Solve
Say you want to add a bathroom. You call three contractors. One never calls back, one only does kitchens and one is booked for months. That search wastes weeks. We shorten it by sending your request to a provider who handles the kind of project you describe in the place you live.
How a Provider Is Chosen for You
We look at your town and the type of work. Then we route your request to an independent provider in our network who covers that area and takes on that kind of project. Which provider you reach depends on who is accepting new work at the time.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are asked to:
- Give clear, itemized written quotes
- Explain how hidden problems and change orders are priced
- Hold the licenses and insurance their work requires
- Pull permits when the job needs them
- Be honest when a smaller project will solve the problem
Repeated complaints about a provider can lead to removal from the network.
What Addednow Remodeling Does Not Do
We do not design, build or install anything. We do not set prices, collect payment for remodeling work, or offer financing. Contracts are between you and the provider.
How We Are Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Addednow Remodeling for calls and requests we send them. That payment does not change the price the provider quotes you, and you pay the provider directly.
